The day begins with the formal opening of IMPACT WEEK, marked by the arrival of Guest of Honour Mr Desmond Lee, Minister for Education & Minister-in-Charge of Social Services Integration.\n\nDelegates will witness the event's Opening Ceremony followed by a welcome address by B\u00f8rge Brende, President and CEO of the World Economic Forum. Then, the keynote speech wiill be delivered by Stefan L\u00f6fven, Former Prime Minister of Sweden.\n\nThe opening ceremony will conclude with the Opening Speech by Chavalit Frederick Tsao, Chaiman of TPC (Tsao Pao Chee).<\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n
