Xiangyu Ma serves as President of the China Impact Investing Network (CIIN), President of the China Social Enterprise and Impact Investment Forum, President of Forgood Future (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., and Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the Sustainable Development Management Committee of the China Management Science Society.
\nAs one of the first generation of professional executives in Chinese business schools, she spent 15 years at Peking University Guanghua School of Management, where she served as Head of Operations for Executive Education (ExEd). She led her team to become one of the most effective business school operations teams globally and built a comprehensive alumni network and engagement system for entrepreneurs.
\nIn 2019, she joined the China Social Enterprise and Impact Investment Forum, working with her team to build an ecosystem platform for social enterprises, impact investing, and purpose-driven business. In 2022, she led the organization\u2019s strategic transformation, establishing the Forgood social innovation matrix as a hybrid model for social innovation.
