Yiwen Hao, an MBA from Chicago Booth, serves as the Executive Director of Landun Xumei Food and as the Vice President of the China Potato Association. She pioneered the patented extraction of nanocellulose from potato peels, creating masks and beverages to upcycle agricultural waste. As a member of the UN Global Compact, she established modern processing bases, driving rural revitalization and food security through technological innovation, positioning her as a leader in sustainable agriculture.
