Amy Wu
OCTAVE Living
Amy Wu is a wellness guide and sound therapist who draws from ancient Indian traditions to support emotional and physical balance. She spent over three months in Rishikesh, India, immersing herself in classical yoga, Ayurveda, chakra balancing, hydrotherapy, and sound healing practices. This transformative experience laid the foundation for her integrative approach to mind-body wellness.
Returning to China, Amy began sharing these teachings through daily life applications-helping others navigate emotional imbalances, improve sleep, and reconnect with their inner calm through breathwork and natural sound therapy. Her work bridges tradition with everyday relevance, offering accessible tools to restore harmony and vitality.
At IMPACT Week, Amy invites participants to explore the power of vibration, breath, and ancient wisdom in realigning the nervous system and nurturing well-being from within.
