In this gentle Yin Yoga immersion, we enter stillness to awaken balance. Guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine’s Five Elements – Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water – each posture nurtures the flow of Qi along organ meridians, restoring vitality to Liver & Gallbladder, Heart & Small Intestine, Spleen & Stomach, Lungs & Large Intestine, and Kidneys & Bladder. The practice is an embodiment of the 8 Living Habits: we breathe deeply, move mindfully, rest fully, and attune our worldview to nature’s cycles. With each long-held stretch, the body softens, the mind quiets, and the heart opens to gratitude. As seasons shift, we learn to adapt – rooting like trees, flowing like rivers, and shining like the summer sun. This is more than yoga; it is a ritual of self-care, a celebration of life, and a return to the middleway – where we meet ourselves in balance, ready to bring that harmony into the world.
