Erica Chan is a seasoned international executive and legal leader with over 24 years of post-qualification experience, including 8 years as a Chief Administrative Officer. Her career spans major global organizations such as Walmart and STARTV Group (now under Disney), where she built deep expertise in e-commerce, media, governance, and regulatory compliance across the Asia-Pacific region. with a strong operational focus in India, Greater China, Japan, and Southeast Asia, Erica has successfully executed complex, high-value transactions—including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures—across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. She brings robust General Counsel capabilities, including board governance, cross-border legal strategy, and risk mitigation, and has led large, diverse, high-performing regional teams. Notably, she also managed the Greater China content distribution P&L for two years, demonstrating her commercial acumen and strategic execution in dynamic markets.

Erica is the Group Chief Legal, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer at DFI Retail Group, a role she assumed in December 2023. In this capacity, she oversees a broad portfolio that includes Legal, Communications and Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, Group Technical, Risk Management, Ethics, and Compliance. Erica also serves as the Company Secretary and/or Director for several DFI subsidiaries and is a member of the DFI Retail Group Management Services Board.
