Mingda Liu is Chairman of the Board of SEE Conservation and Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Shenzhen Mingda Asset Management Co., Ltd. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Hunan University and an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, with nearly 30 years of experience in securities investment.

Founded in 2005, Mingda Asset Management is among the early private equity firms in China to systematically integrate ESG criteria into investment decision-making. Mr. Liu has received multiple prestigious industry awards from leading financial media for his long-term investment performance.
