This course aims to guide students in exploring their profound inner power, covering the following core modules:

Session 1: Purifying Energy Breathing Practice (Shiva)
Through specialized breathing techniques, students will clear blockages at the physical and energetic levels, laying a foundation for inner awakening.

Session 2: Sanskrit Mantra Energy Purification
Using the vibrational frequency of ancient Sanskrit sounds and mantras to further purify the mind and energy field, and elevate one’s inner vibration.

Session 3: Inner Communication Skills & the Relationship Between True Nature, Bodhi and the Mind
Exploring how to engage in deep dialogue with the inner self, and analyzing the subtle yet profound connection among True Nature, Bodhi and Mind, for clearer self-understanding.

Session 4: Esoteric Methods of Cultivating the Mind & Zen Meditation Practice
Drawing on the instructor’s years of esoteric cultivation experience, teaching practical methods and skills of mind training. Through Zen meditation practice, students will learn to abide in inner peace and realize the eternal.
