current actions; Tarot cards can serve as a
tool for fostering development. A private reading provides clear
explanations, points to direction, explores
alternatives, and offers possible solutions. In
this session, you can ask multiple questions,
receive answers through the card spread, and
record the reading.
Silk reeling: exploring the spiral threads of the subtle body

The Sanctuary
In tai chi practice ‘silk
reeling’ is the method used to coordinate the parts of the body to achieve whole-body movement: when one part moves, all parts
move, or, when the dantian (center) moves, the whole body moves.
Participants will learn a
series of soft, steady
and continous flow of movements designed to enhance the circulation
of qi, followed by agentle refreshing self-massage and shaking techniques to remove stagnations.
