Ancient Wisdom for Modern Vitality A single session of quiet cultivation for a lifetime of benefit. Grounded in the breathing methods of Tao Hongjing (the patriarch of the Maoshan Sect), we utilize Puer tea paste—noted by the renowned Qing Dynasty physician Zhao Xuemin—and the meditative "Seven Bowls of Tea" philosophy by Lu Tong. This is an immersive journey of detoxification, healing, and mindfulness.
Within the seven bowls, the vital energy (Qi) of the Daoist "Grotto-Heavens" unfolds:
Bowls 1–3: Moistens the throat and dispels loneliness – Awakens the spirit.
Bowls 4–5: Purges internal toxins and induces light perspiration – Unlocks the meridians.
Bowls 6–7: Purifies the body and connects with the divine – Returns energy to the source.
