The day begins with the formal opening of IMPACT WEEK, marked by the arrival of Guest of Honour Mr Desmond Lee, Minister for Education & Minister-in-Charge of Social Services Integration. Delegates will witness the event's Opening Ceremony followed by a welcome address by Børge Brende, President and CEO of the World Economic Forum. Then, the keynote speech wiill be delivered by Stefan Löfven, Former Prime Minister of Sweden. The opening ceremony will conclude with the Opening Speech by Chavalit Frederick Tsao, Chaiman of TPC (Tsao Pao Chee).
