目前,青少年是面临压力最大的群体之一。他们学业繁重、竞争激烈,碎片化的资讯让他们很难安定下来。他们从未接受过如何在高压下前行、如何分配宝贵注意力的训练,有的甚至不堪重负,出现情绪障碍问题。
科学实证表明,正念冥想能有效减轻压力、调节情绪、提升专注力与学习效能。但一般的正念冥想练习是为成年人设计的,不太适合青少年。
本课程提供专为青少年设计的正念冥想练习。帮助青少年在高压环境中学会安定身心,掌握宝贵的注意力分配能力。
石志宏老师有着丰富的正念冥想教学经验。他根据正念冥想的基本原理,借鉴国外青少年正念冥想实践,结合青少年的特点,设计了一系列适合他们的正念练习,融入可视化引导、简易版冥想,动静结合,生动有趣,深受青少年和家长喜爱。
