Colours of Inner Harmony invites you to gently explore your internal landscape through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and expressive art therapy. Guided by experienced facilitators Jeanette and Brandon, this 90-minute session supports you in reconnecting with yourself – physically, emotionally, and energetically.
You’ll begin with a body scan and elemental awareness practice rooted in the Five Elements, helping you identify areas of dis-ease, tension, or stored emotion. Through colour-based art-making, you’ll then translate these inner sensations into symbolic form – no art experience required. Finally, simple somatic techniques like breathwork, meridian tapping, and reflection will guide you back into balance.

In this insightful session, we explore how emotional memories become embedded in the body as physiological responses and why the same emotional patterns often repeat until they are consciously released. You’ll be introduced to the Active Memory Technique from the BodyTalk system – a powerful method for neutralizing the emotional charge of past trauma.

Through explanation and demonstration, participants will learn how shifting emotional energy from “active” to “passive” helps restore balance, free the nervous system from old stress loops, and create space for natural healing.

You’ll learn to identify common Chinese medicinal herbs, grind them into fine powder by hand, and blend them into custom sachets-all while engaging your senses in the texture, aroma, and intention of the process.Guided by traditional interpretations and gentle presence, each sachet becomes a vessel of healing and protection.
