Step into a music-based sanctuary designed to restore inner safety and reconnect you with the language of your body. This immersive session introduces music as medicine, using vocal toning, rhythmic breath, and heartbeat entrainment to support emotional regulation and nervous system balance.

Participants will begin with an intention-setting circle and live vocal welcome, creating a container of presence and curiosity. Through simple yet powerful techniques like sound journaling and vocal toning, you’ll explore where emotion lives in your body, and how sound can offer grounding, clarity, and gentle release.

This is a space to come home to yourself, to feel without judgment, and to experience music as a mirror for your emotional truth. No prior experience with singing or music needed, just a willingness to listen within.

This session will combine TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) with the deeply restorative vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.

TRE® is a gentle, body-based practice that helps release deep muscular tension and stress held in the body – often from holding in daily pressure, unresolved emotions or past traumas. Through simple exercises, we activate a natural shaking reflex that supports nervous system regulation, grounding, and emotional release.

To deepen the experience, the session will end with a sound bath using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Their high vibrational tones promote deep relaxation, calms the mind, and support healing on a cellular level.

This is a space to reconnect, reset, and simply be.
