Join us for a dynamic workshop led by Co-Axis, an initiative by Temasek Trust, where impact-driven organisations will share their vision, challenges, and progress. This session is about sparking new ideas and conversations. Through facilitated discussions, funders, partners, and featured founders will explore areas for collaboration to unlock new ideas and co-curate solutions, with the potential to unlock deeper, lasting impact.

With representatives from the ClimateLaunchpad and ClimAccelerator communities, this session will showcase how a diverse and geographically distributed group of partners are working together to accelerate climate innovation.

The session will run for 60–75 minutes and includes three key elements:

Partner Spotlights – Short presentations (live or pre-recorded) from 4–6 Asian-based partners sharing their work and the value they’ve found in European collaboration.

Moderated Panel Discussion – A mix of in-person and virtual participants reflecting on key themes like knowledge exchange, mutual learning, and designing programs across contexts.

Interactive Dialogue – Open discussion or breakout element to encourage cross-audience networking and the sharing of new partnership ideas.

In an age of ecological collapse and social fragmentation, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. But while no one can do everything, everyone can do something. Change doesn’t begin with certainty—it starts with the courage to collaborate across differences.

In this interactive workshop, policy entrepreneur and Global Citizen co-founder Michael Sheldrick will draw on case studies from grassroots period poverty activists in South Africa, Prime Minister Mia Mottley, the Caribbean, to coal towns in Western Australia reinventing themselves as clean energy hubs, we will explore how lasting policy change is created—not by purity, but by pragmatic idealism.

With over 15 years of experience mobilising $40 billion for frontline solutions, Michael introduces the tools of policy entrepreneurship: identifying levers of influence, building coalitions with unlikely allies, and turning bold ideas into real outcomes.

Designed for those working in climate, education, philanthropy, and community development, the session includes practical exercises to map alliances, tackle system blockers, and practise effective strategy. Participants will receive a copy of “From Ideas to Impact”—a toolkit to navigate uncertainty and sustain momentum in high-friction environments.

The most transformative sustainable finance models are emerging from Public-Private-Philanthropy-Partnerships (4Ps) that align around shared impact for a well-being economy. Corporate philanthropy plays a pivotal role in this ecosystem, bridging commercial interests with catalytic impact through strategic co-investment alongside public and philanthropic partners.

Beyond traditional CSR, corporate philanthropy has evolved to be a catalytic force—using grant capital to de-risk commercial investments while leveraging broader corporate assets. This session will explore how corporates can serve as both catalytic funders and strategic partners, collaborating with different stakeholders to fund innovation, crowd in private investment, accelerate sustainable transitions, and generate long-term value.

Models will be highlighted that integrate philanthropy with corporate strategy within 4Ps frameworks to drive scalable impact. AVPN will also introduce ASPIRE (Asia Partnership for Investment in Resilient Economies), a multi-stakeholder initiative aimed at unlocking scalable, people-centred finance for climate action and the SDGs in Asia.

Disclosure frameworks like TNFD and TCFD promise transparency, but data alone does not heal ecosystems. This session challenges leaders to move beyond compliance: how can disclosures become living commitments to planetary regeneration? We will explore how to integrate human values, community voices, and holistic metrics into climate and nature-related disclosures— transforming data from a box-ticking exercise to a foundation for action and trust. If disclosures are just data without soul, they become our new blindfold—can we turn them instead into maps for regeneration?

This masterclass gathers up to 50 emerging leaders to explore how climate engagement and storytelling can become vital tools for regeneration, activism, and hope.

Participants will learn to translate climate science into personal narratives, bridging facts with emotions, and data with humanity. They will develop skills to shift mindsets, inspire action, and engage their peers, communities, and institutions through stories that resonate deeply.

Beyond communication, the session challenges the next generation to become narrative architects of the well-being economy—crafting stories that plant seeds for planetary healing and collective flourishing.

This panel brings together the actors at the frontlines of impact storytelling and will examine how capital, creativity, and collaboration can shape stories that are seen, believed, and acted upon. It will explore the evolving role of media as a tool not just for reporting facts—but for sparking empathy, amplifying marginalised voices, and influencing systems change.

In a world dominated by dashboards and compliance, impact measurement risks becoming a hollow exercise—focused on accountability rather than transformation. While environmental metrics have advanced, social and human indicators remain fragmented and disempowering, often serving funders more than communities. Measurement tends to overlook what truly drives change: relationships, trust, and collaborative systems.

This session challenges the idea that more data equals more progress. Instead, it calls for a shift from activity tracking to agency-enabling, from siloed compliance to technology-powered, systemic learning and capital alignment. Drawing from grassroots innovations, financial rethinking, and digital intelligence, the session reimagines measurement as a living tool—not to control change, but to unlock it.

Participants will explore where current metrics may be muting their mission, and how rethinking what and how we measure can center equity, enable partnerships, and fuel systems change. Through provocations, case studies, and a hands-on Breakout Lab, this 90-minute session invites changemakers to reclaim measurement as a catalyst for meaningful, systemic transformation.

In a world facing deepening social, ecological, and economic disruption, transformation is no longer a choice—it is a necessity. Yet while impact capital continues to grow, the kind of capital needed to drive systems-level change remains scarce. Too often, brilliant ideas fail to scale because the infrastructure that enables lasting collaboration and integration—the “connective tissue” of change—is underfunded and overlooked.

This session, co-hosted with Catalyst Now and anchored by the 99 for Humanity initiative, explores how we can reimagine capital as a force for coherence rather than fragmentation. It invites participants to consider how funding can move beyond isolated innovation to support systems integrators, enable cross-sector ecosystem building, and embed shared value frameworks rooted in community wisdom, aligned policy, and long-term trust.

Through storytelling, immersive dialogue, and bold future-framing, the session offers a chance to experience what it means to fund the deeper infrastructure of transformation—where impact is not only sparked, but sustained, scaled, and stewarded over time.

Cities stand on the frontline of our era’s most urgent challenges—from escalating climate shocks to deepening health inequities and social fragmentation. Yet cities are also uniquely positioned to lead transformation. This panel hosted by Resilient Cities Network (R-Cities) explores how urban resilience is being redefined across Asia-Pacific.

Anchored in the Penang Resilience Strategy, a city-wide roadmap that integrates infrastructure, policy, and community voice, the session reveals how urban resilience can be both systemic and human-centered. Case studies such as Resilience for Communities (R4C) in Melaka and the OASIS Schoolyards initiative in Quezon City and Semarang illustrate how cross-sector collaboration—rooted in the 4Ps model of Public, Private, Philanthropic Partnerships—can activate city-wide change while keeping people at the heart of every intervention.
