The practice weaves medical qigong together with traditional female internal cultivation systems, addressing women's unique physiological characteristics and evolving needs across different stages of life. Through gentle yet precise movements, breath regulation, and mindful awareness, participants learn to connect with and feel the natural rhythm of their vital energy. The practice supports the regulation of endocrine function, nourishes qi and blood, and enhances overall wellbeing. By cultivating a profound relationship with their own body, breath, and internal energy landscape, women are guided toward emotional balance, deeper self-awareness, and a more embodied, grounded sense of presence.

Eastern Five Movements Chanting is the core course in Teacher Chang An’s Five Movements Life Health & Healing System. It is not vocal training, but a mind-body tuning method rooted in the Five Movements and Six Qi, using sound resonance as a bridge and emotional release as its function. Through the coordination of sound, breath and rhythm, it helps students expand the chest, balance heart energy, release emotions and calm the mind. What it teaches is not how to sing better, but how to use sound to release suppressed emotions, gather scattered energy, and restore the tired body and mind to a state of peace, warmth and strength. Chanting heals not only the mood, but also one’s life frequency.
