Metabolic Switching for Healthy Aging: Intermittent Ketosis is a modern, non-extreme take on keto. Instead of staying low-carb forever, you use a planned “ketosis window” to periodically train your body to switch from “sugar-burning” to “fat-burning”—a skill known as metabolic flexibility. Compared with a typical non-keto lifestyle, intermittent ketosis often translates into steadier energy, fewer post-meal crashes, and more predictable hunger. Compared with continuous keto, it tends to be more sustainable and social-life friendly, while still delivering the benefits of metabolic switching. Paying participants will each receive a complimentary globally exclusive Continuous Ketone Monitoring (CKM) system.
