Amanda Xu is a seasoned yoga instructor and wellness guide whose journey began in 2009. After years of teaching, managing a yoga studio, and returning to deeper self-practice, she expanded her exploration into the realms of traditional Chinese wisdom, Buddhist philosophy, and Taoist techniques. Since 2016, Amanda has immersed herself in a variety of integrative mind-body-spirit modalities, including sound therapy, breathwork, water dance therapy, and Reiki.
Her path is rooted in the belief that inward exploration is essential in today’s fast-paced world. With a gentle yet grounded approach, Amanda weaves together movement, traditional practices, sound bowl and gong resonance, and energetic healing to help others return to presence and inner alignment.
At IMPACT Week, Amanda invites participants into a shared journey of reflection, embodiment, and self-discovery – empowering individuals to reconnect with their inner worlds through the harmonizing power of breath, movement, and sound.

Mitzi (Madhuri) Tan is a committed yoga practitioner and educator whose journey in yoga commenced at the age of 18, grounded in a profound spiritual connection to the discipline. She is trained in the Sivananda tradition and holds certifications in Universal Yoga, Mindful Birth modalities, as well as Synergy Yoga intensives. Combining classical yogic philosophy with contemporary therapeutic approaches, Mitzi offers a comprehensive and informed perspective in her teaching.
With over 15 years of professional experience, she has taught at prominent studios in Singapore including PURE Yoga, HOM Yoga, and Yoga Movement, and has facilitated sessions at leading wellness festivals and corporate events. Her instruction integrates dynamic and static postures, encouraging practitioners to cultivate inner stillness through mindful movement and disciplined practice.
Mitzi approaches yoga as a lifelong path of self-realization, delivering her teachings with sincerity and dedication, and inspiring students to transcend the physical and engage with the subtler dimensions of their being.
Meizi Tan
Meizi Tan
Meizi is a trauma-informed therapist and movement practitioner whose work bridges narrative therapy, somatics, and embodied healing. Certified as a Narrative Therapist, Social Worker, Yoga Teacher, and Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Facilitator, she is currently completing her professional certification in Somatic Experiencing® (2025).
With deep clinical experience supporting individuals and families impacted by single-event, developmental, relational, and complex trauma, Meizi integrates talk therapy with body-based approaches to foster resilience, regulation, and restoration. Her practice centers on helping clients attune to bodily sensations, recognize nervous system patterns, and cultivate tools for embodied safety and self-awareness.
Grounded in compassion and continuous learning, Meizi is committed to holding safe, responsive spaces that support healing from trauma-not only as psychological wounds, but as lived experiences stored in the body. Her integrative approach empowers individuals to reclaim agency and restore wholeness, gently guiding them toward greater well-being through presence and connection.

Henry Phua began his yoga journey in 2006, initially drawn by curiosity and physical practice. Over time, yoga evolved into a lifelong path of inner inquiry and healing. He has completed multiple teacher trainings, including with Swami Vivekananda Yoga Research Institute and Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in India, as well as Ashtanga Yoga training with Chuck Miller. With over a decade of teaching experience, Henry creates inclusive spaces that prioritize safety, adaptability, and mindful practice.
His exploration deepened into therapeutic realms, integrating Yin Yoga, sound healing, and energy modalities such as Reiki, tuning forks, crystals, and Cymatics. Today, his work bridges ancient wisdom with subtle energy practices to address both physical and emotional imbalances. He is also expanding his healing repertoire through Akashic and Angelic energy work.
At IMPACT Week, Henry invites participants to experience restfulness, self-awareness, and balance through practices that awaken inner harmony-offering sound and movement as gateways to presence and the joy of living.

Charmaine is an Integrative Yoga Therapist and Ayurvedic Digestive Health Coach with 18 years of experience in sharing the transformative power of yoga.
Her journey into Ayurvedic digestive health coaching began with her own health transformation. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, an autoimmune condition, she changed her diet and lifestyle, achieving remission in under a year. Understanding that most diseases originate in the gut, she delved deeper into digestive health through Ayurveda – an ancient system with a 5000-year history, now increasingly validated by modern science.
She is passionate about holistic well-being and enjoys integrating the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, empowering clients to lead healthier and more harmonious lives.
Sherry Li
Sherry Li
Sherry is a dedicated yoga educator and movement artist with over a decade of personal practice and cross-disciplinary training. Since completing her RYT500 certification in 2021, she has taught Hatha Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Yin, and Pre/Post-Natal yoga with depth and compassion. Her journey took a transformative turn upon discovering Inside Flow-a music-driven vinyasa style that unites breath, rhythm, and emotion.
Trained directly by founder Young Ho Kim, Sherry has completed nearly 1,000 hours of Inside Flow education and is now one of Singapore’s few certified Inside Flow Gold Teachers. As the only bilingual instructor in the community teaching in both English and Mandarin, she is passionate about making mindful movement accessible and resonant across cultures.
Sherry’s classes are infused with joy, musicality, and emotional connection. She creates inclusive spaces where music becomes a medium for embodied presence, emotional release, and inner peace. Her mission is to inspire heart-centered living through breath, flow, and intentional movement.

Aloysius Lim is a seasoned Pilates and movement educator with over two decades of experience in the fitness and wellness space. Guided by a deep commitment to helping individuals live pain-free and functionally strong lives, he developed the SMART Method™ – Self-Myofascial Active Release Technique – drawing from his personal insights and work with diverse clients. His approach integrates multiple modalities including the Be Activated Technique, Neural Reset Therapy, and Quantum Alignment Therapy, addressing the root causes of muscular tension and chronic pain.

Stanley Lim is a spiritual teacher and healing arts practitioner whose transformative path began after a life-changing road accident in 2000. As the first Singaporean authorized by the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute to teach the Ashtanga system in 2005, Stanley has since integrated ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary modalities to support holistic well-being.
His practice draws from a wide spectrum-including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Eastern philosophy, breathwork, Kundalini Yoga, and sound healing-gained through deep study with revered masters. With a background in counselling, Stanley emphasizes mental wellness and emotional healing, blending sound therapy, mindfulness, and breathwork into a cohesive, heart-centered approach.
Over two decades of teaching have shaped a methodology that is both grounded and elevating. At IMPACT Week, Stanley offers practices that awaken inner peace, cultivate self-compassion, and deepen spiritual awareness. Erin Lee is the Founder and Mindfulness Coach of Mindful Moments Singapore, dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations with mindfulness tools for well-being and resilience. A Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher, Erin trained with the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness and holds a Master of Science in Studies in Mindfulness from the University of Aberdeen. She is also a Certified Stress Management Consultant and trained to teach the .b mindfulness curriculum to youth through the Mindfulness in Schools Project.
Erin’s approach weaves science-based mindfulness practice with deep compassion, supporting clients across corporate, educational, and community settings in both English and Chinese. Her vision is to integrate mindfulness as a way of life-accessible, intentional, and transformative. With a background as a polytechnic lecturer and Dharma music vocalist, Erin brings presence and purpose to her work and life. At IMPACT Week, she will share how cultivating awareness in everyday moments can unlock clarity, connection, and calm in the face of today’s challenges.

Min Yi’s wellness journey began with a single walk through Telok Blangah Hills-a moment that sparked a lasting passion for movement. Once struggling with weight and sedentary habits, he went on to master disciplines like Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu before spending a decade in the corporate world. In 2015, he made a pivotal shift, transforming his fitness hobby into a vocation.
He completed a 200HR Yoga Teacher Training (Hatha/Ashtanga) and became an ACE-certified personal trainer, enabling him to guide others safely and holistically. His continuing education spans Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, and Qigong, along with immersive training in sound healing-earning credentials under Stanley Lim and Master Sree in Nepal.
Blending structure with stillness, intensity with intuition, he supports individuals in cultivating strength, mobility, and inner awareness. At IMPACT Week, he shares how movement, breath, and vibration can reawaken vitality and deepen one’s connection to self and others.
