The work of Woo has gained traction, and she has been featured in major news outlets such as Grazia, WWD, Vogue, and L’Officiel, as well as local media outlets such as The Straits Times and Channel News Asia. She has also been named a National Geographic Young Explorer by National Geographic. As a Singaporean climate activist who uses creative storytelling with a passion for making climate science understandable, Woo is passionate about science communication and loves telling stories about complex issues.

Professor Peter Waring is Pro Vice Chancellor of Transnational Education at Murdoch University and is responsible for advancing the University’s interests in Singapore and Dubai. He holds qualifications in Economics, Law and Management and has published more than 100 scholarly works. Additionally, he serves on the National Education Advisory Committee of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has lived in Singapore for the last 23 years.

At the moment, TMRW has a journalistic arm that publishes in-depth climate reporting, and a project arm that drives sustainable forums and programs. Before founding TMRW, Mei was a climate business consultant at IFC, a sister organization of the World Bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and scientific journalism from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université Paris Cité.

Risto Väyrynen is the founder of The Impact Office, where he brings together families to leverage their “unfair advantage” for scalable, meaningful impact. As chairman and fourth-generation member of his family’s Finnish bakery business, Risto combines his background in family enterprise with experience as a former Managing Partner at a Geneva-based investment firm. For over a decade, he’s been using what he’s learned from both worlds to support impact investing and back projects that help keep us within planetary boundaries. Risto holds an MBA in Family Business from EDHEC Business School.
He previously led the Family Business Community at the World Economic Forum and is a member of the Council of Wisdom at the Family Business Network, helping mobilize family enterprises for positive change. Risto is known for a practical, results-driven approach to impact investing, and regularly advises and speaks on finance for good.

Chavalit Frederick Tsao is the fourth-generation steward of TPC (Tsao Pao Chee), a family business with more than 120 years of history, established in the late 1800s during the Qing Dynasty. He was born in Hong Kong, China, and after completing his education at the University of Michigan, Chavalit joined the family business at the age of 20 and became the chairman at the age of 37. He also served as the chairman of Intercargo, where he established innovative platforms to promote collaboration within the maritime sector.
Chavalit’s background and experience gave him unique insights into global sustainability challenges and founded East West Cultural Development Centre in 1995 to research this topic. He discovered that integrating ancient wisdom and modern science creates a holistic approach to cultivating leadership for this era.

She has worked with at-risk youth on Singapore’s streets and incarcerated fathers in London through trauma-informed arts programmes. A Presidential appointee to the Youth Court Panel of Advisors, she also advises on national youth justice policies and matters. As part of National Youth Council’s INSPIRIT leaders, Zi Ying has facilitated high-level dialogues—including with PM Lawrence Wong and Minister K Shanmugam—on key social issues impacting the next generation.

Tan Shin Gee is Senior Director at Temasek Foundation where she leads the Next-Generation programmes team to nurture future-ready learners and changemakers to be a powerful force for good. Prior to Temasek Foundation, Shin Gee was Director of Strategy, Mandates and Impact at Temasek Trust which is a steward of philanthropic assets, advocate of sustainability, and catalyst of positive impact.
Her foray into the philanthropic and impact sector builds on 20 years of experience in the Singapore public service, spanning roles as Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Learning Officer at the Land Transport Authority, as well as policymaking and industry development roles at the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Finance and Economic Development Board.
Shin Gee has a Masters of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, a Masters of Science in Applied Finance from the Singapore Management University, and a Bachelors of Science in Economics from University College London.

Mario Tadinac is a Media & Mixed Reality Technology Specialist with OceanX Singapore, where he combines advanced visual technology with compelling storytelling to connect global audiences to the ocean. As part of OceanX’s Public Programming pillar, he develops immersive media experiences that advance the organization’s mission to unlock the ocean’s sustainable potential and inspire the next generation of ocean stewards.
With more than 15 years in documentary and media production, Mario has filmed and produced stories that have aired worldwide. His cinematography credits include National Geographic’s OceanXplorers series and documentary films such as The Azores: Crossroads of the Atlantic, The Art of Studying Deep-Sea Corals, and Studying the Twilight Zone of a Norwegian Fjord. He has also contributed to major productions including Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning and documented research aboard OceanX’s flagship vessel, the OceanXplorer.
