Liming Xiao serves as Vice President of Tencent’s Sustainable Social Value (SSV), Head of the SSV Rural Development Lab, and Secretary-General of the Tencent Charity Foundation. A leader in social innovation, Xiao focuses on leveraging Tencent’s core technological strengths to create tangible social value.
In 2025, upon assuming leadership at the Tencent Charity Foundation, he launched the Sustainable Social Value Collaborative, an initiative designed to foster synergy and innovation within corporate philanthropy.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Xiao is committed to cross-sector collaboration. He was appointed Honorary President of the Guangdong Youth Chamber of Commerce in April 2025. in this role, he promotes resource integration to advance corporate social responsibility and sustainable ecosystem development.
He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.

Ambassador (Rtd.) Paul Myler is the Founder and Managing Director of StratQ, a geopolitical risk advisory firm focused on Australia’s national resilience and Indo-Pacific geopolitical dynamics. The firm focuses on key areas including defence (AUKUS), digital resilience, energy security and transition, and democratic resilience.
He is also Senior Counsellor at the Cohen Group, Distinguished Advisor to the National Security College at the Australian National University, and Chair of the Advisory Board for the National Resilience and Security Program at Curtin University. He continues to support AUKUS as an advocate for the Australian Submarine Agency.
Myler previously served as Deputy Chief of Mission at the Australian Embassy in Washington, where he supported major geopolitical initiatives including AUKUS, the Quad, trusted supply chains, and responses to China-related economic challenges and the Biden Administration’s policies.
He has held multiple senior roles within Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and served as Australia’s Ambassador to Russia and Central Asia. He is also an experienced trade negotiator, having worked on the Australia–US FTA and represented Australia at the WTO.

Irina Bokova, born in Sofia, Bulgaria, served two terms as Director-General of UNESCO from 2009 to 2017. During her tenure, she played a key role in advancing the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, particularly in education, cultural heritage protection, and the role of science.
She has received state honors from over 40 countries and honorary doctorates from leading universities worldwide. In recent years, she has been elected International Honorary Member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and Honorary Fellow of the World Academy of Arts and Sciences, and serves as Patron of the International Science Council.
Bokova is also engaged with major academic institutions in China and holds honorary roles at Beijing Foreign Studies University. In 2025, she received both the Orchid Lifetime Achievement Award and the Chinese Government Friendship Award.
She currently serves on the Board of the Ban Ki-moon Foundation, the Leadership Council of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network, and chairs the Governing Council of the UN University for Peace, among other roles.

Wenxuan Li currently serves as Chairman of PCG Power and Founding Partner of LOK Capital.
He previously served as Deputy General Manager of Poly Capital, where he led the fundraising of over tens of billions of RMB and spearheaded dozens of equity investment projects. He also collaborated with multiple state-owned enterprises and listed companies across industry chains to establish several integrated investment platforms. In addition, he initiated and led the establishment of the first CVC Fund Committee under the Guangdong Fund Industry Association.
Mr. Li has deep strategic insight and extensive industry resources in areas such as user-side renewable energy and energy storage asset development, as well as integrated and intelligent solutions across generation, grid, load, and storage.
He was recognized as one of Fortune China’s 40 Under 40 in 2023.

Mr Frank Phuan is a dynamic leader with over 30 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, driving innovation and sustainability across the Asia Pacific. He founded Equator Renewables Asia in July 2025 to advance clean energy solutions, following his tenure as Business CEO of EDP Renewables APAC (2022–July 2025), where he oversaw operations post the S$1.1 billion acquisition of Sunseap.
As Co-Chairman of Sustainability Alliance since 2022, he guides Singapore SMEs in reducing emissions and waste. Frank serves as a Board Member at SGInnovate (since December 2024), is Vice Chairman of the Singapore Energy Association (SEAS), and previously served as a Director at Enterprise Singapore.
