Ming Wang served as a member of the 10th, 11th, and 12th CPPCC National Committee, Chairman of the Mingde Public Welfare Research Center, and a member of the Expert Committee of the Ministry of Civil Affairs. He is the author of numerous influential works on social organizations and nonprofit management. His honors include the 2013 Public Welfare Thought Award, the 28th Fukuoka Asian Culture Prize, and the 2024 Philanthropist of the Year.

Gang Cheng is a Distinguished Research Fellow at the Institute for Philanthropy, Tsinghua University. He participated in the establishment of the Yingxian School of Philanthropy at Zhejiang Gongshang University, the first institution in China to cultivate philanthropy management talents across undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels, and served as its founding dean. He was also involved in founding the China Foundation Center and held leadership roles for many years, advocating modern philanthropic culture and credibility. He currently serves as Vice President of the Beijing Association for Charity and Social Welfare, Vice President of the Beijing Charity Association, and a Standing Committee Member of the Beijing Federation of Social Science Circles.

In 2017, he founded Tidal Moon, Australia’s first Indigenous-owned and led sea cucumber fishery and marine restoration enterprise. Appointed Professor of Practice (Indigenous Environmental Conservation) at Murdoch University in 2025, he was also awarded the Inaugural Prime Minister’s Prize for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Knowledge Systems. His work demonstrates the power of Aboriginal knowledge in Sea Country conservation and sustainable livelihoods.

Before Aramco Ventures, He was the Managing Director of Sinopec Capital.During the time, he led the investment in companies like Sinoding, VITAL thin film, Ligoo New Energy, Sinoma, Rein Energy, etc and held various board roles.Previous to his role at Sinopec Capital, Rongtao was the General Manager of New Energy and Investment for BP China, when he advanced BP’s energy transition through founding JVs with DiDi and making a series of investments in China’s new energy frontiers.He also serves as the committee member of China Carbon Neutral Industrial Collaboration Center, the advisor of China Energy Research Society, the judging panel of China Hydrogen Alliance, the Chairman of the Investment and Financing Committee of China Hydrogen Development and Innovation Society for Urban Gas, and the expert advisor of the Investment Asso. Liming Xiao serves as Vice President of Tencent’s Sustainable Social Value (SSV), Head of the SSV Rural Development Lab, and Secretary-General of the Tencent Charity Foundation. A leader in social innovation, Xiao focuses on leveraging Tencent’s core technological strengths to create tangible social value.
In 2025, upon assuming leadership at the Tencent Charity Foundation, he launched the Sustainable Social Value Collaborative, an initiative designed to foster synergy and innovation within corporate philanthropy.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Xiao is committed to cross-sector collaboration. He was appointed Honorary President of the Guangdong Youth Chamber of Commerce in April 2025. in this role, he promotes resource integration to advance corporate social responsibility and sustainable ecosystem development.
He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
