Gong Yao Min
Gong Yao Min
Gong Yao Min was born in 1964 and graduated from An Hui Educational University and Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in 1990 and 1999 respectively.
His artwork Colors Space was awarded Painting of The Year (Top Prize of All Categories) at the UOB National Art Competition in 2002, establishing him as a leading figure in Singapore’s art scene. Recognized for both his artistic achievements and teaching contributions, he has been closely associated with UOB Singapore for many years. In 2011, his painting My Dream Land once again won the Top Prize of All Categories at the same competition, an award celebrated by the bank’s CEO.
Gong has held several important solo exhibitions, including A Stroll in Lion City at the Esplanade Exhibition Hall (2003), and Garden City Affection at Xuanhua Art Gallery (2006). His large work The Impression of Shanghai was selected for the Inaugural Nationwide Cityscape Art Exhibition in Shenzhen (2006), and The Lion City was shown at the Chinese Artist Association’s annual exhibition in 2007. In 2012, he presented City and Beyond at the Singapore National Art Museum

Amanda Xu is a seasoned yoga instructor and wellness guide whose journey began in 2009. After years of teaching, managing a yoga studio, and returning to deeper self-practice, she expanded her exploration into the realms of traditional Chinese wisdom, Buddhist philosophy, and Taoist techniques. Since 2016, Amanda has immersed herself in a variety of integrative mind-body-spirit modalities, including sound therapy, breathwork, water dance therapy, and Reiki.
Her path is rooted in the belief that inward exploration is essential in today’s fast-paced world. With a gentle yet grounded approach, Amanda weaves together movement, traditional practices, sound bowl and gong resonance, and energetic healing to help others return to presence and inner alignment.
At IMPACT Week, Amanda invites participants into a shared journey of reflection, embodiment, and self-discovery – empowering individuals to reconnect with their inner worlds through the harmonizing power of breath, movement, and sound.

Mitzi (Madhuri) Tan is a committed yoga practitioner and educator whose journey in yoga commenced at the age of 18, grounded in a profound spiritual connection to the discipline. She is trained in the Sivananda tradition and holds certifications in Universal Yoga, Mindful Birth modalities, as well as Synergy Yoga intensives. Combining classical yogic philosophy with contemporary therapeutic approaches, Mitzi offers a comprehensive and informed perspective in her teaching.
With over 15 years of professional experience, she has taught at prominent studios in Singapore including PURE Yoga, HOM Yoga, and Yoga Movement, and has facilitated sessions at leading wellness festivals and corporate events. Her instruction integrates dynamic and static postures, encouraging practitioners to cultivate inner stillness through mindful movement and disciplined practice.
Mitzi approaches yoga as a lifelong path of self-realization, delivering her teachings with sincerity and dedication, and inspiring students to transcend the physical and engage with the subtler dimensions of their being.

Meizi Tan
Meizi is a trauma-informed therapist and movement practitioner whose work bridges narrative therapy, somatics, and embodied healing. Certified as a Narrative Therapist, Social Worker, Yoga Teacher, and Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Facilitator, she is currently completing her professional certification in Somatic Experiencing® (2025).
With deep clinical experience supporting individuals and families impacted by single-event, developmental, relational, and complex trauma, Meizi integrates talk therapy with body-based approaches to foster resilience, regulation, and restoration. Her practice centers on helping clients attune to bodily sensations, recognize nervous system patterns, and cultivate tools for embodied safety and self-awareness.
Grounded in compassion and continuous learning, Meizi is committed to holding safe, responsive spaces that support healing from trauma-not only as psychological wounds, but as lived experiences stored in the body. Sek Sheng, also known as Dr Foo, is a conscious musician, DJ, and sound meditation facilitator who crafts immersive sonic experiences for healing, presence, and integration. Beginning as an underground club DJ in Melbourne, his journey evolved through yogic immersion in India and Bali, and formal training in sound therapy.
Over the past decade, Dr Foo has developed a unique sonic language that bridges the ancient and the contemporary. His sound journeys blend therapeutic instruments with ambient, downtempo, progressive, and ethnic music-creating expansive, cross-cultural soundscapes that evoke deep inner resonance. Whether through serene sound baths or high-vibration ecstatic dance, his offerings invite participants into states of unity, stillness, and embodied awareness.
At IMPACT Week, Dr Foo will guide experiences that reconnect participants with their inner rhythms-harnessing the power of sound as a portal to healing, integration, and joy.

Christine Seng has over two decades of experience as a classical performer and music educator, I bring a unique lens to well-being by integrating music, neuroscience, and mental health. As a Certified Neuroscience Coach, CBT Therapist, and holder of a Master’s in Psychology, I design and deliver music-based interventions that enhance emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and foster psychological resilience.
My approach bridges evidence-based therapy with the intuitive, restorative power of sound and voice. From wellness singing sessions to one-on-one coaching, I support individuals in reconnecting with their embodied self-restoring presence, voice, and agency in daily life.
Currently, my work spans therapeutic practice, facilitation, and research on music-integrated mental health solutions. I’m committed to rehumanizing care through creative methodologies, ensuring that emotional healing becomes not only effective but accessible, meaningful, and sustainable.

Henry Phua began his yoga journey in 2006, initially drawn by curiosity and physical practice. Over time, yoga evolved into a lifelong path of inner inquiry and healing. He has completed multiple teacher trainings, including with Swami Vivekananda Yoga Research Institute and Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in India, as well as Ashtanga Yoga training with Chuck Miller. With over a decade of teaching experience, Henry creates inclusive spaces that prioritize safety, adaptability, and mindful practice.
His exploration deepened into therapeutic realms, integrating Yin Yoga, sound healing, and energy modalities such as Reiki, tuning forks, crystals, and Cymatics. Today, his work bridges ancient wisdom with subtle energy practices to address both physical and emotional imbalances. He is also expanding his healing repertoire through Akashic and Angelic energy work.
At IMPACT Week, Henry invites participants to experience restfulness, self-awareness, and balance through practices that awaken inner harmony-offering sound and movement as gateways to presence and the joy of living.

Michele is a trauma-informed healing practitioner whose work is rooted in personal transformation and compassionate care. Her journey began in 2011, following profound personal trauma, and deepened after a life-altering car accident in 2017. Through her recovery, she discovered the powerful synergy of somatic and vibrational healing, which has since shaped her life’s purpose.
She is a certified Reiki Master, yoga instructor, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) facilitator, and sound therapist working with alchemy crystal bowls and gongs. Michele specializes in supporting nervous system regulation and emotional release through a blend of movement, energy, and sound practices.
Her sessions are crafted to guide individuals into deeper connection with themselves, using the body’s own wisdom to access healing and balance. Grounded in lived experience, Michele holds space with gentleness and integrity-believing that healing is a collective journey of remembrance, release, and reconnection.
Her mission is to raise consciousness and empower others to reclaim their wholeness through compassion, resonance, and inner listening.

Her journey into Ayurvedic digestive health coaching began with her own health transformation. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, an autoimmune condition, she changed her diet and lifestyle, achieving remission in under a year. Understanding that most diseases originate in the gut, she delved deeper into digestive health through Ayurveda – an ancient system with a 5000-year history, now increasingly validated by modern science.
She is passionate about holistic well-being and enjoys integrating the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, empowering clients to lead healthier and more harmonious lives.

Nita is a spiritual coach devoted to guiding individuals toward wholeness through mind-body-spirit integration. With 19 years of experience across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, she has led retreats, workshops, and coaching sessions for diverse, multigenerational audiences-bridging private, corporate, and community spaces.
Nita draws on a rich professional background that spans corporate, academia, and nonprofit sectors. Her signature programs-Compassionate and Intuitive Listeners, Empowered Grace-Full Women, and New Ways of BEing-offer pathways for deeper self-connection and transformation. She coaches in both English and Chinese and also mentors others in this work.
