Global Citizen believes the success of young people is the success of everyone. But classrooms cannot deliver if students are hungry, offline, or unwell. Ending extreme poverty means removing barriers to learning such as nutrition, healthcare, connectivity, reliable energy, safety, and equitable opportunity. Education is not a line item; it is a growth strategy that builds skills, jobs, and resilient communities.

This plenary also confronts the systems that shape progress. Multilateral frameworks, governance structures, and financial models are not permanent; they are choices. Reform is needed, from the very top to the grassroots, to sustain progress on education and development.

Curated by Global Citizen, the session will showcase the organisation’s unique advocacy model, demonstrating how citizen action can drive systemic reform, and how quality education delivers only when connected to healthcare, energy, and equity and how reimagining governance and finance can expand opportunity, supercharge development, and build a future that works for all.

The program blends keynotes, discussions, and performances with practical solutions and a public call to take action, so every young person has the chance not just to learn, but to lead.

Fengshan CC

OCTAVE Institute, under Tsao Pao Chee (TPC) Group will be partnering Fengshan division under East Coast GRC to do a Social Transformation Project to help families living in public rental flats break out of the poverty cycle.

Those who sign up for this learning journey will get to visit and interview a family, have a tour of the community facility where programmes will be held and do reflections on their experience.

What to expect/Attire: Clothes which can allow you to sit on the floor, do not wear too many layers as no air-con and for shoes slip-on is good as easier to enter homes.

Note: It is advised not to take photos/videos or to seek consent before you do so when visiting the families. When taking the photos, it would be good if the faces of those you are visiting is not shown and it is encouraged not to post on social media.

As the world faces accelerating disruption—from AI to ecological instability—traditional leadership models are no longer enough. This immersive session invites leaders to move beyond performance and adaptation, towards regeneration and wholeness.

Blending Regenerative Systems Thinking with Quantum Leadership, the session explores how today’s complex challenges require not just smarter strategies, but deeper inner clarity, relational awareness, and systemic coherence. Co-facilitated by practitioners from multiple disciplines, including neuroscience, coaching, economics, and somatics, the session offers a collective space for experimentation and renewal.

Participants will experience live demonstrations of regenerative coaching and consciousness-based leadership, engaging in dialogue and reflection to explore how transformation begins within. This is not a theoretical masterclass. It’s a living lab for leaders ready to realign their inner compass, rewire outdated assumptions, and take bold, regenerative action—within their organisations and beyond.

Through powerful visuals and real-time footage from submersibles, ROVs, and advanced mapping tools, you will explore uncharted seamounts, survey vibrant coral reefs, and witness marine biodiversity. Learn how science, storytelling, and public engagement converge aboard the OceanXplorer to spark partnerships, inform policy, and strengthen community-led marine conservation. You will leave with a deeper understanding of the ocean’s role in our shared future and clear ideas for how institutions and leaders can help protect and restore its health.

This session challenges traditional ideas of leadership succession and legacy. It is not about transferring power or debating who leads, but about uniting generations around a common purpose to lead together. When young people are seen not just as “leaders of tomorrow” and elders are respected as keepers of wisdom, we unlock a more holistic model of leadership—one that combines urgency with patience, imagination with experience, and courage with care.

Participants will explore how to design institutions, movements, and financial systems that embody this intergenerational ethic. The goal is to shift leadership from a vertical hierarchy to a collective model of stewardship.

In an era of climate disruption and ecological collapse, the future will be shaped not only by today’s leaders but by the next generation inheriting the consequences of current decisions. This masterclass gathers up to 50 emerging leaders to explore how climate engagement and storytelling can become vital tools for regeneration, activism, and hope.

Participants will learn to translate climate science into personal narratives, bridging facts with emotions, and data with humanity. They will develop skills to shift mindsets, inspire action, and engage their peers, communities, and institutions through stories that resonate deeply.

Beyond communication, the session challenges the next generation to become narrative architects of the well-being economy—crafting stories that plant seeds for planetary healing and collective flourishing.

We live in a world where fragmentation of knowledge and sectors into bubble logics and the imperative of one-dimensional growth have deepened our collective crises from climate breakdown to widening inequality. The Fifth Element, an initiative by the Club of Rome, invites us to reimagine learning not as instruction, but as a living, relational practice rooted in life’s complexity. In a truly regenerative economy, one that fosters inclusive and sustainable prosperity, learning is not secondary to change; it becomes the core element of any strategy and the medium through which change becomes possible. Regenerative organisations, led by regenerative leaders, move their strategy beyond sustainability and circularity toward a net-positive impact on people and planet and they do so by embracing learning at the depth required, not as a silo but as culture in motion.

This session calls upon leaders, professionals, and change-makers of all ages to engage in intergenerational and intercultural learning alliances for regeneration, spaces where ancestral wisdom meets scientific inquiry, and community practice meets systems thinking. Together, we aim to explore how learning that is embedded in life itself can seed the skills, literacies, and worldviews we need to transform our economies and societies.

In a time when trust in institutions is eroding, and decision-making is driven more by metrics than meaning, the call to restore values at the heart of organisations is not just ethical—it’s strategic. In this session, the speaker will present a bold and timely case: what if institutions were evaluated not only by their return on investment (ROI), but by their Return on Values (ROV)?

Drawing from practice within higher education, this session opens a wider conversation for business, philanthropy, and public institutions alike: how do we redesign organisational cultures, incentive structures, and performance indicators to be anchored in values such as integrity, equity, compassion, and stewardship?

The session will unpack how polycrisis can be transformed into poly-opportunities in a post-pandemic, polycrisis world, where values-aligned institutions are not only more trusted but also more adaptive, resilient, and future-fit.

It invites a bold reimagining of learning—not as curriculum delivery, but as the development of conscious stewards who hold the inner capacities to transform outer systems.

From ethical leadership and systems literacy to emotional resilience and spiritual grounding, what are the capabilities that must be cultivated for the next era? And how must learning environments—universities, communities, and cross-sector platforms—be redesigned to support this shift?
