Mindfulness & Gong Bath | Listening with the Heart

Step into a gentle space of stillness where mindfulness meets the healing resonance of the gong. This session begins with a short guided mindfulness practice to help you slow down, soften the mind, and arrive fully in the present moment.
As the gong begins to sing, you are invited to listen not only with your ears, but with your heart. Allow the waves of sound to wash over you, meeting the body as vibration—subtle, deep, and restorative.
Rather than analysing the sound, simply feel it. Notice the resonance moving through the body, as if each cell is quietly awakening and listening.
In this space of sound and presence, the nervous system relaxes, the mind settles, and a natural sense of inner harmony begins to emerge.
Come as you are, lie down, breathe, and allow the sound to guide you gently back to now.

In this session Eren offers to explore sound not simply as a tool for relaxation, but as a precise medium for engaging the body’s sensory and regulatory systems. Drawing on both scientific understanding as well as contemporary and traditional approaches to sensory cultivation, this session offers a structured yet experiential space to investigate how sound can open access to deeper human capacities. It is particularly relevant for those interested in sound healing, embodiment, therapeutic practice, and the emerging intersections between neuroscience, perception, and wellbeing.

Eastern Five Movements Chanting is the core course in Teacher Chang An’s Five Movements Life Health & Healing System.
It is not vocal training,
but a mind-body tuning method rooted in the Five Movements and Six Qi, using sound resonance as a bridge and emotional release as its function.
Through the coordination of sound, breath and rhythm,
it helps students expand the chest, balance heart energy, release emotions and calm the mind.
What it teaches is not how to sing better,
but how to use sound
to release suppressed emotions,
gather scattered energy,
and restore the tired body and mind to a state of peace, warmth and strength.
Chanting heals not only the mood,
but also one’s life frequency.
养生回春功

回春功,全称“中国古代养生长寿术”,源自金元全真道华山派,传承八百余年,原为道家秘传延年功法。功法集导引、吐纳、按摩于一体,动静双修、精气神同练,可疏通经络、调和脏腑、还精补脑,有效延缓衰老。
功法经国家自然基金课题验证,上世纪80年代由华山派十九代传人边治中大师公开传授,本课程教授正宗功法,简单易学,适合各类亚健康及中老年人群习练。

Health Qigong | Rejuvenation Skill

The Rejuvenation Skill, formally known as Ancient Chinese Health Preservation and Longevity Practice, originates from the Huashan Branch of Quanzhen Taoism dating back to the Jin and Yuan dynasties, with a heritage of over 800 years. Originally a secret longevity practice passed down within Taoism, it integrates daoyin (physical movement), tuina (self-massage), and breathing exercises.
It combines both dynamic and static practices to cultivate essence, qi, and spirit simultaneously. The practice unblocks meridians, regulates internal organs, replenishes essence to benefit the brain, and effectively slows aging. Verified by a National Natural Science Foundation project, it offers notable health improvements.
First revealed to the public in the 1980s by Master Bian Zhizhong, the 19th-generation lineage holder, this course teaches authentic, easy-to-learn Rejuvenation Skill, suitable for all people with sub-health conditions and middle-aged to elderly learners.
YuanQi Breathing Workshop: “Zhuangzi’s Xinzhai”
