Listening and Relaxing: Foundations of Qigong

Listening and Relaxing are two foundational abilities in qigong and tai chi practice.
The two mutually support and enhance each other: The more you relax, the more you sense the internal movements of the body. The more your body awareness is increased the more relaxed you become.
In this workshop you will be guided through simple and fun exercises that help you to “get in touch” with the subtle internal sensations of the body and the field around it.
