在太极练习中，“缠丝劲”（silk reeling）是用于协调身体各部位以实现整体运动的方法：当一处动，则处处动；或当丹田（中心）动，则全身随之而动。

学员将学习一系列轻柔、稳定且持续的流动动作，这些动作旨在增强气的循环，随后进行轻柔提神的自我按摩与抖动技巧，以消除阻滞。

The Sanctuary

In tai chi practice ‘silk
reeling’ is the method used to coordinate the parts of the body to achieve whole-body movement: when one part moves, all parts
move, or, when the dantian (center) moves, the whole body moves.
Participants will learn a
series of soft, steady
and continous flow of movements designed to enhance the circulation
of qi, followed by agentle refreshing self-massage and shaking techniques to remove stagnations.

The practice weaves
medical qigong together with traditional female
internal cultivation systems, addressing women’s unique
physiological characteristics and evolving needs across different stages of life. Through gentle yet
precise movements, breath regulation, and mindful awareness,
participants learn to connect with and feel the natural rhythm of their vital energy. The practice supports the regulation of endocrine function, nourishes qi
and blood, and enhances overall wellbeing. By cultivating a profound relationship
with their own body, breath, and internal
energy landscape, women are guided toward emotional
balance, deeper self-awareness, and a more embodied, grounded sense of presence.

tool for fostering development. A private reading provides clear
explanations, points to direction, explores
alternatives, and offers possible solutions. In
this session, you can ask multiple questions,
receive answers through the card spread, and
record the reading.
